Saturday 2nd February saw Sir Bobby Robson officially launch Dunelm Homes eagerly awaited Elmfield Square showhome.
The exclusive Elmfield Square development, set in the heart of Gosforth, welcomed more than 200 guests through the doors of its showhome, located in the Heathfields apartments.
As they explored the luxurious duplex apartment - which Sir Bobby described as fantastic - guests were treated to champagne and canapés. The New Year heralded a new start for Charlie Templeman as he became the first official resident at Nursery Gardens, Stockton.
Nursery Gardens’ partners Dunelm Homes, Stockton Council and Tees Valley Housing Group officially opened the site with the help of MP for Stockton South, Dari Taylor.
Project managed by Stockton Council’s Housing Regeneration Team, the scheme, which combines social and private housing, not only focuses on housing renewal but is also supported by many other social, economic and community initiatives.
Appointed as the private developer partner for the regeneration scheme, Dunelm Homes is building 114 new homes on the site ranging from two-bed apartments up to four-bed houses, with the first phase now complete.
